Wheeler Trigg O'Donnell Elects Two to Partnership

DENVER: Wheeler Trigg O’Donnell (WTO) is proud to announce that Anthony C. Barbe and Ellen E. Herzog have been elected to the partnership, effective January 1, 2019.

Anthony Barbe focuses his practice on legal malpractice defense and insurance bad faith disputes. He has served on six trial teams, winning five verdicts and a favorable midtrial settlement. Prior to joining WTO, Anthony clerked for The Honorable Ann B. Frick of the Denver District Court. He earned his J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law in 2010. He is admitted to practice law in Colorado. 

Ellen Herzog handles complex commercial and torts cases, including class and mass actions and medical malpractice defense. Ellen has served on seven trial teams in seven years, winning three defense verdicts, two verdicts returned lower than last settlement offer, and one favorable settlement during trial.  Prior to joining WTO, Ellen clerked for The Honorable Randy Crane of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas. She earned her J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law in 2011, where she served as Associate Editor of The Review of Litigation and the Texas Journal of Oil, Gas & Energy Law. Ellen is admitted to practice law in Colorado and New York.
