Pawan Nelson’s legal practice focuses on complex commercial litigation at the trial and appellate levels. Prior to joining WTO, Pawan worked as a litigation associate at a large New York law firm, where his practice consisted of general commercial litigation for clients in the technology and financial industries. His experience includes taking and defending depositions and witness testimonies; drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, document requests, interrogatories, requests for admissions, and expert reports; and researching and drafting memoranda concerning various questions of law.
Pawan graduated from Columbia University School of Law, where he served as senior editor of the Columbia Law Review. After law school, he served as a judicial law clerk for The Honorable Roslynn R. Mauskopf of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York.
